Arikkan and its core team members started serving Elections in 2004 with the introduction of Help America Vote Act (HAVA). Our core team successfully developed and delivered HAVA compliant Statewide Voter Registration and Elections Management Solution called ELECUTS (Product of Saber Consulting, Inc.), for eight states in the United States and we currently manage, maintain, and support these systems in multiple states.
Working with numerous Elections experts, we identified areas in Elections that would need more business and/or technological solutions. This led us to build and nurture the following Products and Solutions for Elections. Support for these products and solutions may include: Application Support & Management, Data X-Change, Infrastructure Support & Management, Hosting, and End-User Help Desk Support.

Voter outreach
Arikkan Voter Outreach application serves as a gateway for voters to access their election related information. The Voter Outreach solution has the ability to interface with statewide voter registration systems. The customizable solution allows voters to view real-time information based on their residential address, including: Polling Place, Jurisdiction Information, Districts and Elected Officials, Upcoming Elections, Voter Pamphlet, and Accessible Sample Ballots. Authorized users will be able to check and update their Registration information, check status of their mail or absentee or provisional ballot.
Election Night Reporting (ENR)
Arikkan ENR solution delivers real-time election results to citizen through cutting edge graphics and easy to read statistical data. ENR offers data interface solution between various tabulation machines and Statewide Elections Management Systems (EMS), and is configurable and customizable. ENR's site includes interactive data displays, multiple data formats, and mobile-friendly design.
Electronic Poll Book
Arikkan E-Poll Book Solution is an online system that delivers poll workers with near real-time information about the voter and their voting activity through a simple a user-friendly interface. It interfaces real-time with Statewide Voter Registration system to enable voter registration updates / Election Day Registrations. The solution is carefully architected to ensure security, availability and resiliency.
UOCAVA – Military Vote Portal
Arikkan UOCAVA solution is an online self-service portal for Military and Overseas voters. Voters can register to vote, review and update their registration, request an absentee ballot, review information on upcoming elections, review their ballot online, vote and return the ballot electronically to their election administrators. This solution enhances the accessibility of voting to Military and Overseas voters in hostile zones and enables them to participate in our nation’s democratic process. This solution thoroughly integrates with Statewide Voter Registration and Election Management Systems.
